At Zephta®, we want you to glow with confidence in your purchase; if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns on all eligible beauty products. Please ensure items are in their original packaging and gently used or unopened to qualify for a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your Zephta® account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the beauty products in their original boxes, ensuring all seals and protective caps are secure to prevent leakage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Our Lab
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our quality control team verifies the condition of your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
